Sangrand 2023 Dates
Sangrand / Sankranti is the first day of a month according to the Indian traditional calendar. Note that there are two types of traditional calendars – Solar (based upon the Sun) and Lunar (based upon the Moon) and Sangrand (Sankranti) is the beginning of a new month according to the Solar calendar. Nanakshahi Sangrands (Beginning of the months) These dates are fixed and stay the same every year.
