ਮਨ ਮੇਰੇ ਹਉਮੈ ਮੈਲੁ ਭਰ ਨਾਲਿ ॥
Man Maerae Houmai Mail Bhar Naal ||
मन मेरे हउमै मैलु भर नालि ॥
O my mind, you are filled with the filth of egotism.

ਹਰਿ ਨਿਰਮਲੁ ਸਦਾ ਸੋਹਣਾ ਸਬਦਿ ਸਵਾਰਣਹਾਰੁ ॥੧॥ ਰਹਾਉ ॥
Har Niramal Sadhaa Sohanaa Sabadh Savaaranehaar ||1|| Rehaao ||
हरि निरमलु सदा सोहणा सबदि सवारणहारु ॥१॥ रहाउ ॥
The Immaculate Lord is eternally Beautiful. We are adorned with the Word of the Shabad. ||1||Pause||

ਦੁਬਿਧਾ ਮੈਲੁ ਚੁਕਾਈਅਨੁ ਹਰਿ ਰਾਖਿਆ ਉਰ ਧਾਰਿ ॥
Dhubidhhaa Mail Chukaaeean Har Raakhiaa Our Dhhaar ||
दुबिधा मैलु चुकाईअनु हरि राखिआ उर धारि ॥
They cast off the filth of their mental duality, and they keep the Lord enshrined in their hearts.

ਸਚੀ ਬਾਣੀ ਸਚੁ ਮਨਿ ਸਚੇ ਨਾਲਿ ਪਿਆਰੁ ॥੧॥
Sachee Baanee Sach Man Sachae Naal Piaar ||1||
सची बाणी सचु मनि सचे नालि पिआरु ॥१॥
True is their speech, and true are their minds. They are in love with the True One. ||1||

सिरीरागु महला ३ ॥
Siree Raag, Third Mehl:

ਆਪਣਾ ਭਉ ਤਿਨ ਪਾਇਓਨੁ ਜਿਨ ਗੁਰ ਕਾ ਸਬਦੁ ਬੀਚਾਰਿ ॥
Aapanaa Bho Thin Paaeioun Jin Gur Kaa Sabadh Beechaar ||
आपणा भउ तिन पाइओनु जिन गुर का सबदु बीचारि ॥
Those who contemplate the Word of the Guru’s Shabad are filled with the Fear of God.

ਸਤਸੰਗਤੀ ਸਦਾ ਮਿਲਿ ਰਹੇ ਸਚੇ ਕੇ ਗੁਣ ਸਾਰਿ ॥
Sathasangathee Sadhaa Mil Rehae Sachae Kae Gun Saar ||
सतसंगती सदा मिलि रहे सचे के गुण सारि ॥
They remain forever merged with the Sat Sangat, the True Congregation; they dwell upon the Glories of the True One.

ਅਨਦਿਨੁ ਨਾਮੇ ਰਤਿਆ ਦੁਖੁ ਬਿਖਿਆ ਵਿਚਹੁ ਜਾਇ ॥
Anadhin Naamae Rathiaa Dhukh Bikhiaa Vichahu Jaae ||
अनदिनु नामे रतिआ दुखु बिखिआ विचहु जाइ ॥
Night and day, remain attuned to the Naam, and the pain of corruption shall be dispelled from within.

ਨਾਨਕ ਸਬਦਿ ਮਿਲਾਵੜਾ ਨਾਮੇ ਨਾਮਿ ਸਮਾਇ ॥੪॥੨੨॥੫੫॥
Naanak Sabadh Milaavarraa Naamae Naam Samaae ||4||22||55||
नानक सबदि मिलावड़ा नामे नामि समाइ ॥४॥२२॥५५॥
O Nanak, merging with the Shabad through the Name, one is immersed in the Name. ||4||22||55||

ਨਦਰੀ ਨਾਮੁ ਧਿਆਈਐ ਵਿਣੁ ਕਰਮਾ ਪਾਇਆ ਨ ਜਾਇ ॥
Nadharee Naam Dhhiaaeeai Vin Karamaa Paaeiaa N Jaae ||
नदरी नामु धिआईऐ विणु करमा पाइआ न जाइ ॥
By His Grace, we meditate on the Naam, the Name of the Lord. Without His Mercy, it cannot be obtained.

ਪੂਰੈ ਭਾਗਿ ਸਤਸੰਗਤਿ ਲਹੈ ਸਤਗੁਰੁ ਭੇਟੈ ਜਿਸੁ ਆਇ ॥
Poorai Bhaag Sathasangath Lehai Sathagur Bhaettai Jis Aae ||
पूरै भागि सतसंगति लहै सतगुरु भेटै जिसु आइ ॥
Through perfect good destiny, one finds the Sat Sangat, the True Congregation, and one comes to meet the True Guru.

ਹਉਮੈ ਮੇਰਾ ਰਹਿ ਗਇਆ ਸਚੈ ਲਇਆ ਮਿਲਾਇ ॥
Houmai Maeraa Rehi Gaeiaa Sachai Laeiaa Milaae ||
हउमै मेरा रहि गइआ सचै लइआ मिलाइ ॥
Egotism and possessiveness are eliminated, and the True One absorbs them into Himself.

ਤਿਨ ਕਉ ਮਹਲੁ ਹਦੂਰਿ ਹੈ ਜੋ ਸਚਿ ਰਹੇ ਲਿਵ ਲਾਇ ॥੩॥
Thin Ko Mehal Hadhoor Hai Jo Sach Rehae Liv Laae ||3||
तिन कउ महलु हदूरि है जो सचि रहे लिव लाइ ॥३॥
Those who remain lovingly absorbed in the True One see the Mansion of His Presence close at hand. ||3||
