ਗੁਰੁ ਕਰਤਾ ਗੁਰੁ ਕਰਣਹਾਰੁ ਗੁਰਮੁਖਿ ਸਚੀ ਸੋਇ ॥
Gur Karathaa Gur Karanehaar Guramukh Sachee Soe ||
गुरु करता गुरु करणहारु गुरमुखि सची सोइ ॥
The Guru is the Creator, the Guru is the Doer. The Gurmukh obtains true glory.

ਗੁਰ ਤੇ ਬਾਹਰਿ ਕਿਛੁ ਨਹੀ ਗੁਰੁ ਕੀਤਾ ਲੋੜੇ ਸੁ ਹੋਇ ॥੨॥
Gur Thae Baahar Kishh Nehee Gur Keethaa Lorrae S Hoe ||2||
गुर ते बाहरि किछु नही गुरु कीता लोड़े सु होइ ॥२॥
Nothing is beyond the Guru; whatever He wishes comes to pass. ||2||
