ਅਨਦਿਨੁ ਨਾਮੁ ਧਿਆਈਐ ਸਹਜੇ ਨਾਮਿ ਸਮਾਇ ॥
Anadhin Naam Dhhiaaeeai Sehajae Naam Samaae ||
अनदिनु नामु धिआईऐ सहजे नामि समाइ ॥
Meditating on the Naam, night and day, they are easily and intuitively absorbed in the Naam.

ਅੰਦਰੁ ਰਚੈ ਹਰਿ ਸਚ ਸਿਉ ਰਸਨਾ ਹਰਿ ਗੁਣ ਗਾਇ ॥੧॥
Andhar Rachai Har Sach Sio Rasanaa Har Gun Gaae ||1||
अंदरु रचै हरि सच सिउ रसना हरि गुण गाइ ॥१॥
Their inner beings are immersed in the True Lord; they sing the Glorious Praises of the Lord. ||1||

सिरीरागु महला ३ ॥
Siree Raag, Third Mehl:

ਸੁਖ ਸਾਗਰੁ ਹਰਿ ਨਾਮੁ ਹੈ ਗੁਰਮੁਖਿ ਪਾਇਆ ਜਾਇ ॥
Sukh Saagar Har Naam Hai Guramukh Paaeiaa Jaae ||
सुख सागरु हरि नामु है गुरमुखि पाइआ जाइ ॥
The Name of the Lord is the Ocean of Peace; the Gurmukhs obtain it.

ਲਖ ਚਉਰਾਸੀਹ ਤਰਸਦੇ ਜਿਸੁ ਮੇਲੇ ਸੋ ਮਿਲੈ ਹਰਿ ਆਇ ॥
Lakh Chouraaseeh Tharasadhae Jis Maelae So Milai Har Aae ||
लख चउरासीह तरसदे जिसु मेले सो मिलै हरि आइ ॥
The 8.4 million species of beings all yearn for the Lord. Those whom He unites, come to be united with the Lord.

ਨਾਨਕ ਗੁਰਮੁਖਿ ਹਰਿ ਪਾਇਆ ਸਦਾ ਹਰਿ ਨਾਮਿ ਸਮਾਇ ॥੪॥੬॥੩੯॥
Naanak Guramukh Har Paaeiaa Sadhaa Har Naam Samaae ||4||6||39||
नानक गुरमुखि हरि पाइआ सदा हरि नामि समाइ ॥४॥६॥३९॥
O Nanak, the Gurmukh finds the Lord, and remains forever absorbed in the Lord’s Name. ||4||6||39||

ਮਨੁ ਤਨੁ ਸਉਪੇ ਆਗੈ ਧਰੇ ਹਉਮੈ ਵਿਚਹੁ ਮਾਰਿ ॥
Man Than Soupae Aagai Dhharae Houmai Vichahu Maar ||
मनु तनु सउपे आगै धरे हउमै विचहु मारि ॥
Placing mind and body in offering before the Lord, they conquer and eradicate egotism from within.

ਧਨੁ ਗੁਰਮੁਖਿ ਸੋ ਪਰਵਾਣੁ ਹੈ ਜਿ ਕਦੇ ਨ ਆਵੈ ਹਾਰਿ ॥੩॥
Dhhan Guramukh So Paravaan Hai J Kadhae N Aavai Haar ||3||
धनु गुरमुखि सो परवाणु है जि कदे न आवै हारि ॥३॥
Blessed and acclaimed is that Gurmukh, who shall never be defeated. ||3||

ਕਰਮਿ ਮਿਲੈ ਤਾ ਪਾਈਐ ਵਿਣੁ ਕਰਮੈ ਪਾਇਆ ਨ ਜਾਇ ॥
Karam Milai Thaa Paaeeai Vin Karamai Paaeiaa N Jaae ||
करमि मिलै ता पाईऐ विणु करमै पाइआ न जाइ ॥
Those who receive His Grace find Him. Without His Grace, He cannot be found.

ਸੋ ਜਨੁ ਰਲਾਇਆ ਨਾ ਰਲੈ ਜਿਸੁ ਅੰਤਰਿ ਬਿਬੇਕ ਬੀਚਾਰੁ ॥੨॥
So Jan Ralaaeiaa Naa Ralai Jis Anthar Bibaek Beechaar ||2||
सो जनु रलाइआ ना रलै जिसु अंतरि बिबेक बीचारु ॥२॥
Those humble beings who are filled with keen understanding and meditative contemplation-even though they intermingle with others, they remain distinct. ||2||

ਸੋ ਸੇਵਕੁ ਹਰਿ ਆਖੀਐ ਜੋ ਹਰਿ ਰਾਖੈ ਉਰਿ ਧਾਰਿ ॥
So Saevak Har Aakheeai Jo Har Raakhai Our Dhhaar ||
सो सेवकु हरि आखीऐ जो हरि राखै उरि धारि ॥
Those who keep the Lord enshrined within their hearts are said to be the servants of the Lord.

ਹਰਿ ਭਗਤਿ ਹਰਿ ਕਾ ਪਿਆਰੁ ਹੈ ਜੇ ਗੁਰਮੁਖਿ ਕਰੇ ਬੀਚਾਰੁ ॥
Har Bhagath Har Kaa Piaar Hai Jae Guramukh Karae Beechaar ||
हरि भगति हरि का पिआरु है जे गुरमुखि करे बीचारु ॥
Devotion to the Lord is love for the Lord. The Gurmukh reflects deeply and contemplates.

ਪਾਖੰਡਿ ਭਗਤਿ ਨ ਹੋਵਈ ਦੁਬਿਧਾ ਬੋਲੁ ਖੁਆਰੁ ॥
Paakhandd Bhagath N Hovee Dhubidhhaa Bol Khuaar ||
पाखंडि भगति न होवई दुबिधा बोलु खुआरु ॥
Hypocrisy is not devotion-speaking words of duality leads only to misery.
