ਹਰਿ ਹਰਿ ਨਾਮੁ ਜਪੇ ਆਰਾਧੇ ਵਿਚਿ ਅਗਨੀ ਹਰਿ ਜਪਿ ਜੀਵਿਆ ॥
Har Har Naam Japae Aaraadhhae Vich Aganee Har Jap Jeeviaa ||
हरि हरि नामु जपे आराधे विचि अगनी हरि जपि जीविआ ॥
Lord God’s Name he repeats and ponders on and in womb fire he sustains life by think of God.
ਵਾਹਿਗੁਰੂ ਸੁਆਮੀ ਦੇ ਨਾਮ ਨੂੰ ਉਹ ਉਚਾਰਦਾ ਤੇ ਧਿਆਉਂਦਾ ਹੈ ਅਤੇ ਰਹਿਮ ਦੀ ਅੱਗ ਅੰਦਰ ਹਰੀ ਨੂੰ ਯਾਦ ਕਰਕੇ ਜੀਉਂਦਾ ਹੈ।
ਬਾਹਰਿ ਜਨਮੁ ਭਇਆ ਮੁਖਿ ਲਾਗਾ ਸਰਸੇ ਪਿਤਾ ਮਾਤ ਥੀਵਿਆ ॥
Baahar Janam Bhaeiaa Mukh Laagaa Sarasae Pithaa Maath Thheeviaa ||
बाहरि जनमु भइआ मुखि लागा सरसे पिता मात थीविआ ॥
He emerges out and is born. The father and mother become delighted to see his face.
ਇਹ ਬਾਹਰ ਆਉਂਦਾ ਹੈ ਅਤੇ ਜੰਮ ਪੈਦਾ ਹੈ। ਬਾਬਲ ਤੇ ਅੰਮੜੀ ਇਸ ਦਾ ਮੂੰਹ ਦੇਖ ਕੇ ਪ੍ਰਸੰਨ ਹੋ ਜਾਂਦੇ ਹਨ।
