ਮਨ ਮੇਰੇ ਰਾਮ ਨਾਮੁ ਜਪਿ ਜਾਪੁ ॥
Man Maerae Raam Naam Jap Jaap ||
मन मेरे राम नामु जपि जापु ॥
O my mind, chant and meditate on the Name of the Lord.
ਮਨ ਇਛੇ ਫਲ ਭੁੰਚਿ ਤੂ ਸਭੁ ਚੂਕੈ ਸੋਗੁ ਸੰਤਾਪੁ ॥ ਰਹਾਉ ॥
Man Eishhae Fal Bhunch Thoo Sabh Chookai Sog Santhaap || Rehaao ||
मन इछे फल भुंचि तू सभु चूकै सोगु संतापु ॥ रहाउ ॥
Enjoy the fruits of your mind’s desires; all suffering and sorrow shall depart. ||Pause||
