ਮੇਰੇ ਮਨ ਹਰਿ ਹਰਿ ਨਾਮੁ ਧਿਆਇ ॥
Maerae Man Har Har Naam Dhhiaae ||
मेरे मन हरि हरि नामु धिआइ ॥
O my mind, meditate on the Name of the Lord, Har, Har.

ਕਰਿ ਸੰਗਤਿ ਨਿਤ ਸਾਧ ਕੀ ਗੁਰ ਚਰਣੀ ਚਿਤੁ ਲਾਇ ॥੧॥ ਰਹਾਉ ॥
Kar Sangath Nith Saadhh Kee Gur Charanee Chith Laae ||1|| Rehaao ||
करि संगति नित साध की गुर चरणी चितु लाइ ॥१॥ रहाउ ॥
Always keep the Company of the Holy, and focus your consciousness on the Feet of the Guru. ||1||Pause||
