ਜਿਤੁ ਚੜਿਐ ਤਨੁ ਪੀੜੀਐ ਮਨ ਮਹਿ ਚਲਹਿ ਵਿਕਾਰ ॥੧॥ ਰਹਾਉ ॥

जितु चड़िऐ तनु पीड़ीऐ मन महि चलहि विकार ॥१॥ रहाउ ॥
